If you are a distributor and need any technical support, please contact our technical team tech@magiflex.net for support with your purchase order number and product model name.

①Please do not return without any notice or our confirmation, otherwise the delivery will be refused. And we do not accept unknown items, unexpected items, self-pick-up or freight-collect items.
②If you are a personal buyer purchasing products from Magiflex Amazon store, TMall store or third-party stores, please contact them and follow their after-sales policy. If you are a distributor, please contact Magiflex official service team service@magiflex.net with your purchasing record and requests.
Exchange and Return Policy:
①When you receive your product, please inspect the product condition immediately. If any defect is found which shall affect usage or sales, please contact Magiflex for after-sales service. We will exchange or replace for you after product information is confirmed.
②If the product does not conform to the original description of the product, for example wrong color, volume or category, please contact Magiflex service team service@magiflex.net within 7 days upon signing date and we will exchange for you after order information is confirmed.
③When you are using Magiflex product and meet any problem such as resin unable to solidify, ink unable to color or dye, please send product back as per the return process. We will conduct an after-sales inspection of the product and if the product is confirmed to be defective, we will replace or refund.
④For any product exchange, Magiflex only takes cares of one-way freight cost.
Under following circumstances Exchange or Replacement policy is not valid:
①Product exceed its shelf life.
②Proof of purchase, order record, signing receipt, invoice cannot be provided.
③When Magiflex conducts the after-sales inspection and no problem or defect is found.
④Any malfunction or damage of the product is caused by disobeying the instruction manual, improper operation, incorrect use or self-modification of the product.
⑤Signs of tampering or alteration of product labels, color, volume, product name, watermarks etc.
⑥The product is damaged by nature force, such as flood, earthquake, thundering, typhoon and fire, or by artificial or carelessness of manpower.
⑦Products not from regular or official sales channels.
